The website, application, and services offered under the Netvio brand (collectively, “Netvio” or the “Service”) are operated by their owner. For questions about these Terms: [email protected].
Netvio provides tools to create and share digital business cards, related analytics, and—where applicable—the sale of related physical products (for example, NFC cards). Netvio may also offer features that connect WhatsApp Business API with business management systems or other applications you configure or integrate, including AI-assisted responses or automation; processing for those AI features uses technology provided by OpenAI, depending on your account, plan, and settings. Features may evolve; the description on the site will govern if these Terms lag behind a specific capability.
By creating an account, accessing or using any part of Netvio, completing a purchase in the store (including payment or order confirmation), or submitting your details through exchange/contact forms (for example, on public profiles or lead modules), you represent that you have read and expressly agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which form part of your agreement with Netvio. If you do not agree, you must not register, use the Service, submit contact details, or place orders.
You must have legal capacity to contract (or act with the consent of your guardian). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, spam, impersonation, or rights-infringing activity. If you use business messaging (including WhatsApp Business API), you agree to comply with the channel provider’s policies, requirements, and programs (for example Meta where applicable) and applicable laws on commercial or transactional messaging. You are responsible for external systems you connect and for the accuracy of information those systems query or send through the Service.
You are solely responsible for content you publish or upload: text, images, links, files, and designs—including logos or artwork you upload when configuring your profile or customizing store products. You represent and warrant that you have the rights, licenses, or permissions needed to use any third-party trademarks, logos, or works you include. Netvio does not exhaustively review every file and is not liable for claims by intellectual-property or publicity-rights holders arising from material you upload; we may remove content or suspend accounts for infringement or valid complaints.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. Netvio will not be liable for—among other things—lost profits, data loss, lost opportunities, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for service interruptions, errors, viruses, unauthorized access, third-party attacks, “hacking,” external security incidents, or force majeure. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law. Outputs produced by artificial intelligence (processed using OpenAI technology) are automated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not a substitute for professional, legal, tax, or medical advice; you should verify material information before deciding or acting.
We implement reasonable security measures and good practices, but no system is infallible. We recommend keeping your own copies of important information. Netvio does not guarantee full recovery of data after failures, accidental deletion, or incidents beyond reasonable control.
Some information may appear on a public profile depending on your settings. Netvio may in the future offer optional community, directory, or discovery features so others can find certain data only if you explicitly enable this in privacy settings or equivalent; broader visibility will not apply by default until then. We may modify the Service or these Terms; the current version will be posted on the site. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. Unless the law requires otherwise, disputes will be governed by the laws applicable in the United Mexican States.
