Data controller

The controller of personal data in connection with Netvio is the owner of the Service. Contact for privacy requests or questions: [email protected].

Data we may process

Depending on how you use Netvio, we may process: identification and contact data (name, email, phone), professional profile and card content, account and authentication data, order and billing data when you purchase from the store, files you upload (such as logos or images), technical or device/browser data, and messages you send us or that visitors submit via enabled forms (for example lead capture), according to your configuration. If you enable WhatsApp Business API or other messaging integrations, we may process WhatsApp identifiers, message content, and metadata needed to run the service, as well as data you sync from business management systems or other applications you connect. If you use AI-assisted features, we may send OpenAI the text or data technically required to generate responses, according to product configuration.

Purposes

We process data to: provide and improve the Service; render your digital card; process purchases and support; communicate with you; aggregated or anonymous analytics for performance and product; security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance; and—with your consent where required—optional visibility or future community/discovery features. When you use business messaging integrations or connected systems, we also process data to operate the bridge between those channels and the applications you configure, and to request from OpenAI the AI-assisted responses you have enabled.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on contract or pre-contract, consent where required (e.g., non-essential cookies or optional communications), compatible legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and legal obligations. We retain information as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal retention periods; you may request deletion subject to legal or contractual exceptions.

Cookies, analytics, and diagnostics

We may use cookies or similar technologies for session, preferences, and measurement. We use error monitoring and diagnostics tools (for example Sentry) that may collect technical and application event data, often in aggregate or without directly identifying you, to fix bugs and improve stability.

Data subject rights

Where applicable law allows (for example in Mexico, ARCO rights and the right to object in prescribed cases), you may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection, restriction, or other rights recognized by law via the email above. We will respond within legal timeframes and may ask you to verify your identity.

Processors and transfers

We may share data with vendors that provide hosting, email, payments, analytics, or support under confidentiality and processing obligations consistent with law. If you use WhatsApp Business API or other Meta ecosystem products, some processing may be performed by Meta under its policies. AI-assisted features may involve processing by OpenAI, LLC and its affiliates under their terms and the service configuration. If international transfers occur, we will apply appropriate safeguards.

Security, minors, and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; however, no transmission or storage method is 100% secure. The Service is not directed at minors without consent from a parent or guardian as applicable. We may update this notice; the “last updated” date will reflect changes. Future broader public or community/discovery features will operate only with your explicit settings when available.
